JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Belgium to lead daily warehouse activities, optimize processes, and drive performance metrics. You will manage receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and packing while supervising a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, expert knowledge of WMS and inventory controls, and excellent communication in English and French, with Chinese language skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory controls.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and drive process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and packing of products.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics (on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory accuracy) and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff: hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Develop and implement warehouse operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure accurate inventory management with regular cycle counts and coordination with purchasing/logistics to maintain stock levels.
• Oversee equipment and facilities maintenance and ensure a safe working environment with regular safety inspections.
