Job summary

Not disclosed is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the team in Zaventem. You will coordinate inbound and outbound activities, monitor stock levels, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations using WMS.

Requirements include prior warehouse experience, English fluency and Dutch or French proficiency. Knowledge of pharma/logistics SOPs is a plus, with a 6-month fixed-term contract on site in Belgium.

Qualifications

• First-hand experience working in a warehouse.
• Experience with WMS, inventory management and order processing.
• Knowledge of pharma/logistics SOPs is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, accurate and able to perform under pressure.
• Very good knowledge of English; Dutch or French also strong.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound activities (receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, shipping).
• Check incoming goods (including cold chain) and monitor stock levels.
• Work with WMS and report on performance; plan transport and oversee order processing.
• Ensure safety, quality (SOPs) and warehouse organization; improve processes and solve issues.
