A Warehouse Operative role in Zaventem is available to support daily logistics operations within a Transport & Distribution setting. You will handle goods receipt, storage, order picking, and shipment preparation while maintaining accurate records.

The position requires 2+ years in warehousing or logistics, a high school diploma, and familiarity with warehouse safety. A forklift license is a plus, and experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, inventory control or transportation support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Supply Chain or logistics certifications (e.g., CSCP) are a plus.
• Forklift license is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor shipments, inventory movements, and daily logistics activities.
• Keep warehouse and transportation systems up to date with accurate operational data.
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping, receiving, and dispatch documentation.
• Track shipments, stock levels, and fleet activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with daily warehouse activities including goods receipt, storage, order picking and shipment preparation.
• Identify and resolve routine issues related to deliveries, stock discrepancies, and transportation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability procedures are consistently followed.
• Work closely with Operations, Transportation and Customer Service teams to maintain a high level of service.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, accuracy, and inventory control.

As a Warehouse Operative your responsibilities are:
