Bleckmann is seeking an IT Automation Engineer to drive the rollout of warehouse automation projects, connecting automation suppliers, warehouse operations and internal IT from requirements through go-live and ongoing support.

You will push cost reductions, scalability, and innovation, working with AutoStore/KCC, Parallel, Enjoy Automation, HAI and Kardex, while collaborating with the LEAP implementation team on site during rollouts across Europe.

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience in IT project management, business analysis, or automation within warehousing/logistics.
Degree in IT/Software, Supply Chain Management, or Warehouse Automation, or equivalent experience.
Experience with APIs and system integrations is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

Gather business and operational requirements from warehouse operations for new automation projects.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and system interface definitions with vendors.
Coordinate with automation suppliers, warehouse operations, internal IT teams, and LEAP implementation team.
Provide regular project status updates and follow-up on milestones.
