Legend Biotech is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the supply chain for critical cell therapies. You will manage inventory, receive goods, and maintain accurate records using SAP/ERP in a controlled environment.

The role requires English fluency and Dutch proficiency, plus strong administrative skills. You will work under GMP/GDP standards with PPE and cryogenic materials, contributing to continuous improvement and cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Strong administrative and detail-oriented skills mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Inventory management and accurate processing of receipts.
• Handle biohazard materials following GMP/GDP protocols.
• Operate under cryogenic conditions with required PPE.
• Maintain logs to meet GMP/GDP standards in pharma.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain a sterile work environment with proper protective gear.
• Participate in training and contribute to SOP improvements.
• Assist with procurement and record-keeping.

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key contributor in transforming healthcare. What can you expect?

Here's what you'll do:

• Inventory management : You accurately process inventory receipts, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards. Work with SAP and ERP software.

• Handle biohazard products: You safely manage blood bags, viral vectors, and other materials, following strict protocols for repacking and labeling.

• Work in extreme conditions: You Operate with materials stored at cryogenic temperatures (LN2, dry ice) using PPE and strict safety procedures.

• Documentation & compliance: You Maintain detailed logs to meet GMP and GDP standards in a pharmaceutical environment.

• Support operations & quality: You collaborate across departments to ensure smooth production and timely material delivery.

• Sterile work environment: You wear dedicated protective gear and maintain cleanliness per strict protocols.

• Training & improvement: You engage in ongoing training and help refine SOPs, Work Instructions, and training materials.

• Procurement support: You assist with procurement, maintaining records and resolving issues efficiently.

Education :

• You have a secondary education diploma or a bachelors' degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Management.

Experience:

• You are fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.

• You are highly detail-oriented with strong administrative skills. You like to work independently, and you excel in prioritizing and multitasking. You have a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.

Expertise:

• You communicate clearly and openly, and you are a true team player. You know your way around in Microsoft Office Applications , such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
