BNY is seeking a Vice President, Senior Auditor in Technology, Data & Model Audit to drive risk-based auditing across Europe and beyond. The role reports to the Brussels-based audit leadership and collaborates with teams in Brussels, Dublin, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Madrid, and Wroclaw, leveraging analytics to enhance assurance.

The ideal candidate has strong information security/audit experience, relevant certifications, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are assets.
• CISA, CEH or CIA certifications are considered assets.

Responsabilités

• Execute on the annual audit plan for BNY Technology Audit and ensure audits meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Supervise and implement audit plan execution with effective practices for traditional and continuous audits.
• Collaborate with adjacent audit teams to address cybersecurity risk enterprise-wide.
• Develop clear work papers, manage time and budget, and learn new businesses and regulations.
• Analyze control environments and test key controls per Audit methodology.
• Perform independent research and apply statistical sampling and risk analysis.
• Identify/report control deficiencies and follow up on remediation.
• Plan and execute complex, confidential audits enterprise-wide as requested.
• Engage in Continuous Monitoring activities.
• Build relationships with Audit leadership and clients, support regulatory requests.
• Enhance team knowledge through training and cross-integration of IT and business auditing.
• Develop innovative use cases of analytical tools to broaden audit testing scope.
• Balance multiple assignments and communicate audit issues clearly to stakeholders.
