Sompo Holdings, Inc. is seeking a VP, Head of Property for Belgium & Netherlands. This role focuses on strategic leadership, P&L responsibility, and fostering a high-performing underwriter team.

You will drive business development and maintain strong relationships within the market. The ideal candidate will have a decade of experience in Property insurance, showcasing effective negotiation and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior underwriting and leadership experience in Property insurance in Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
• Deep expertise in large and complex Property risks, including international programs.
• Proven success in building and growing profitable portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Own full P&L responsibility for the Bene Property portfolio.
• Develop and execute the regional Property market strategy.
• Act as Sompo's senior ambassador in the Bene market.
• Oversee underwriting quality and portfolio balance.
• Collaborate closely with internal partners for seamless client experience.
