Free People in Antwerpen is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager to lead store visual standards, drive sales and uphold brand image while coordinating with Store Brand Leader and District Brand Leader.

You will mentor staff, train on visual merchandising, manage scheduling, participate in recruitment, and ensure exceptional customer care and store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years visual experience in retail.
• Have a visual portfolio to submit prior to interview.
• Occasional nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and motivate the team in leadership, visual execution and expectations.
• Deliver visual training workshops and provide ongoing feedback.
• Hire and attract talent; support staffing and succession planning.
• Drive customer care and set the bar for employee productivity.
• Manage stock levels and in-store procedures for smooth operations.
• Balance weekly planning with district and store-level management.
• Communicate performance observations and implement visual standards.
