URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Belgium is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales and uphold the Free People lifestyle and brand image. You will partner with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on people leadership, hiring and development, visual standards, and day-to-day execution to achieve targets while maintaining brand integrity and operational excellence.

• Well-rounded leader with a proven record of hiring and developing creative and operational talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and motivate the team regarding leadership, visual execution and expectations through: feedback, ownership and delegation.
• Manage and motivate a high level of Customer Care utilizing all resources and initiatives.
• Partner with Store Brand Leader in performance appraisals and goal setting with timely follow-up.
• Facilitate hiring and onboarding; actively attracting and attaining talent.
• Lead by example to set a high bar for employee productivity and serve as a mentor.
• Develop and enhance the selling culture within the store.
• Drive restock processes and maintain stock levels and sell-through awareness.
