TotalEnergies Group in Brussels is seeking a Finance Digital Tools Specialist to contribute to the digital transformation of a global energy company. You\'ll work in an international Long-Term Planning team, developing tools and dashboards to support monthly reporting and planning.

The role requires a Master’s degree and experience in data analytics, Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled processes. English C1 and French B2 are required; knowledge of Essbase is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, CS, data analytics or digital transformation.
• Experience in digital tool development, automation, or data analytics.
• Experience in a financial environment is required.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Point.
• Knowledge of Oracle Essbase or other financial consolidation tools is a plus.
• English C1 level and French B2 level are required.

Join the Refining & Chemicals (RC) Branch of TotalEnergies and contribute to the digital transformation of a global energy company.

As part of the Long-Term Planning (LTP) team based in Brussels, you will work in an international environment and interact closely with Finance teams at headquarters, as well as Middle East and Asian assets within the Refining & Chemicals branch.

• Developing digital tools to support Finance teams.
• Designing dashboards and performance monitoring indicators.
• Developing reliable and automated reporting solutions.
• Enhancing the value of data generated by financial consolidation tools.
• Improving data visualization and analytics through Power BI.
• Integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions into existing processes.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools and working methods.
• Identifying automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Supporting Monthly Reporting, Budget and Long-Term Planning processes within the Management Control and Long-Term Planning teams.

Candidate Profile

You hold a Master’s degree (minimum Bac+5) from an engineering school or university, with a specialization in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or Digital Transformation. Applications from generalist engineering graduates with a strong interest in digital topics will also be considered.

You have gained initial experience in digital tool development, automation, or data analytics.

Experience in a financial environment is required.

You are proficient in the following tools:

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI
• Power Point

Knowledge of Oracle Essbase or other financial consolidation tools would be considered an asset.

A minimum C1 level in English is required. A minimum B2 level in French is also expected.
