Job summary

Old-Continent est une agence de Bruxelles spécialisée dans la communication européenne et recherche un Video Editor Junior en CDI sur site à Bruxelles. Vous assemblerez des clips, travaillerez sur le rythme, le son et le storytelling pour des campagnes et contenus numériques.

Vous participerez au motion graphics de base, préparerez les assets pour plusieurs plateformes et respecterez l'identité visuelle. Maîtrise d'outils comme Premiere Pro, After Effects ou DaVinci Resolve appréciée.

Qualifications

• Compétences en montage vidéo et montage pour assembler et affiner le contenu.
• Palette de color grading pour maintenir l'uniformité visuelle.
• Notions de motion graphics et de titres simples.
• Maîtrise des logiciels standard (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Resolve).
• Bonnes capacités de collaboration et sens du détail.
• Intérêt pour les affaires européennes; expérience en agence ou stage est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Éditer des séquences vidéo pour campagnes et contenus numériques.
• Assembler des clips en récits cohérents et assurer le rythme et le storytelling.
• Aider avec des éléments graphiques en motion basics et des titres simples.
• Préparer les assets vidéo pour plusieurs plateformes et les organiser.
• Respecter les directives de la marque et les standards techniques.

Role Description

The Video Editor Junior role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brussels. This role involves editing video footage for campaigns and digital content, assembling clips into coherent narratives, and ensuring consistency in pacing, sound, and storytelling. The junior editor will assist with basic motion graphics, titles, and visual elements, and support color correction and grading to maintain the visual identity of each project. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and account teams, preparing video assets for multiple platforms, organizing media files, and following brand and technical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with Video Production and Video Editing tools to assemble, cut, and refine video content.
• Skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Basic proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, simple animations, and visual elements.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow creative direction and feedback.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multicultural, multilingual team.
• Interest in European affairs and digital communication; agency or internship experience is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred.
