Rolls-Royce Power Systems seeks a Vice President to lead Project Engineering & Execution for the Kinetic Power Packs (KPP) program from quote to delivery. You will direct Project and Order Managers, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, and automation/mechatronics specialists to deliver mission-critical energy solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management and engineering leadership within project delivery environments.
• Deep understanding of energy systems: emergency backup generators, power stations, CHP applications, biogas.
• People manager who can sustainably implement growth and change
• Strong stakeholder management with customer focus and exceptional service mindset
• Master’s Degree in Engineering (electrical/mechanical) and BA or equivalent experience
• Excellent English (spoken and written), French fluency

• Develop and enforce project management and delivery frameworks, engineering best practices, cost management, risk mitigation and QA/QC protocols

The Vice President (VP) Project Engineering & Execution is accountable for the KPP Business from quote to delivery. Kinetic Power Packs – KPP are highly sophisticated Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Solutions supporting a wide variety of applications such as AI Data Centers, Semiconductor Productions, Pharmacology Productions and others. The VP Project Engineering & Execution is directly leading a team of Project and Order Managers, a team of Electrical and Mechanical Application Engineers and a team focusing on Automation and Mechatronics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of KPP projects and orders from Technical Sales Support to Delivery and support for Commissioning
• Lead cross-functional teams including Project and Order Managers, Electrical, Mechanical and Automation Engineers
• Manage relationships with Customers and Partners as well as internal Operations and Sales & Service Centers

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project management and engineering leadership roles within project delivery environments
• Deep understanding of energy systems business, i.e. emergency backup generators, power stations, CHP applications, biogas plants

• Professional in stakeholder management with strong customer focus and exceptional service mindset
• Master’s Degree in Engineering (electrical/mechanical)
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Excellent English (spoken and written), French fluency
