Rolls-Royce seeks a VP of Project Engineering & Execution to lead Kinetic Power Packs projects from quote to delivery. You will head Project and Order Managers, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, and automation/mechatronics teams to ensure on-time, compliant execution.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering leadership, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French, with a Master’s in engineering and a business degree. The position is permanent and on-site in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in project management and engineering.
• Deep knowledge of energy systems incl. emergency backup generators, power stations, CHP, biogas.

Responsabilités

• Oversee execution of KPP projects from quote to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams of project/order managers and engineers.
• Manage relationships with customers and partners.
• Develop and enforce project management frameworks and QA/QC.
• Ensure safety, environmental and compliance standards.
