Ceva Animal Health in Belgium seeks a Veterinary Services Specialist Poultry who builds and maintains strong customer relationships through visits, provides expert advice, and diagnoses issues.

In this role, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular visits, providing expert advice, and exchanging relevant information. You analyze and diagnose customer issues and deliver targeted solutions.
You work closely with the Bene(DACH) sales team and actively participate in national and international working groups. In addition, you develop and expand a strong network within the poultry sector, including animal health institutes, laboratories, universities, key opinion leaders, and equipment suppliers, in order to capture and integrate new knowledge and technologies.
You play a key role in the training and development of the sales team and ensure a high level of technical expertise within the local organization. Furthermore, you support marketing, service, and sales activities and contribute to the dissemination of technical knowledge, including through presentations and publications.
You actively participate in training sessions, congresses, and seminars to continuously update your knowledge. Additionally, you collect and analyze market and customer insights, which you share with internal teams and use to support strategic development.
You are involved in business development activities, including customer meetings and vaccination services. You accurately document activities, test results, and customer interactions, and report these to both local and corporate teams.
Furthermore, you are responsible for implementing best practices, diagnostic protocols, and SOPs, and you support customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting when needed.
This position requires a high degree of flexibility and a willingness to travel regularly, including multi-day and international trips.
