Ceva Animal Health in Belgium seeks a Veterinary Services Specialist Poultry who builds and maintains strong customer relationships through visits, provides expert advice, and diagnoses issues.

You will work with the Bene(DACH) sales team, develop networks in the poultry sector, train the sales team, support marketing, service and sales activities, and share technical knowledge through presentations and publications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, preferably with a poultry specialization.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, providing expert advice, and exchanging relevant information.
• Analyze and diagnose customer issues and deliver targeted solutions.
• Work closely with the Bene(DACH) sales team and participate in national and international working groups.
• Develop and expand a strong network within the poultry sector, including animal health institutes, laboratories, universities, key opinion leaders, and equipment suppliers.
• Train and develop the sales team and ensure a high level of technical expertise within the local organization.
• Support marketing, service, and sales activities and contribute to the dissemination of technical knowledge, including through presentations and publications.
• Attend training sessions, congresses, and seminars to continuously update knowledge.
• Collect and analyze market and customer insights, share with internal teams and use to support strategic development.
• Be involved in business development activities, including customer meetings and vaccination services.
• Document activities, test results, and customer interactions, and report these to both local and corporate teams.
• Implement best practices, diagnostic protocols, and SOPs, and support customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high flexibility and travel regularly, including multi-day and international trips.
