Job summary

Isabel is seeking an Application Architect to join our Architecture team with a focus on the Verified Data application landscape. You will shape solution designs that balance business needs with technical objectives and promote architecture documentation as code using the C4 model.

In this role you will lead during initiation phases, guide delivery teams, ensure alignment with our technology strategy, and stay ahead of trends to drive innovation across our financial application domain.

Qualifications

• Experience with architectural design patterns and microservices.
• Ability to create scalable, resilient architectures aligned with business needs.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering and performance optimization.
• Understanding of security best practices with support from a Security Architect.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, IaC, containers, and orchestration technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with multiple development methodologies and adapting to new systems.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

• Gather requirements from user, technical, and performance specs to design unified solutions.
• Champion architectural proposals to maximize project value.
