Next-Link in Bruxelles, Belgium, seeks a Veeva Vault SME to drive guidance and expertise for Veeva Quality Suite. You will ensure optimal performance, configuration, and integration with other systems and platforms while staying current with Development Cloud features.

You will lead technical design, challenge proposals, and implement new Vault Quality functionalities within project teams, while maintaining documentation and executing end-to-end Change Requests with testing and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Information Systems or related IT field.
• Certification in Veeva Vault Platform Administration required.
• Experience with Veeva Vault administration, support, and migration is a plus.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs and web services.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical design and expertise for Vault Quality.
• Challenge designs proposed by vendors and project members.
• Investigate and propose best technical solutions.
• Serve as technical reference point of contact for the domain.
• Participate in project teams and implement new functionalities.
• Ensure technology consistency within the domain and configurations.
• Execute end-to-end Change Requests, including testing and docs.
• Perform complex technical tasks on Veeva Vault.
• Maintain system documentation and procedures for Veeva Quality.
• Stay updated on latest Veeva features and best practices.
• Coach others and transfer knowledge on new elements.
• Create, run and review test scripts (IQ, OQ, etc.).

Overview

We are looking for a Veeva Vault SME who can provideguidance and expertise services
for Veeva Quality Suite from Veeva Vault. As a Veeva QualitySME, you will be
responsible for ensuring the optimal performance,configuration, and integration of the
solution with other systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design (Business Analysis mindset) andexpertise for Vault Quality.
• Challenge the designs and technical proposition suggestedby Veeva or other project members, you’re also able to say “no” when it is outof scope.
• Investigate best possible technical solutions.
• Act as technical reference point of contact for yourdomain.
• Take part of project teams and contribute to theimplementation of new functionalities and modules.
• Ensure technology consistency in the domain you’re workingon, by using most appropriate tools and configurations.
• Perform Change Requests end – to – end, including testingand documentation updates.
• Perform complex technical tasks on Veeva Vault.
• Maintain the system technical documentations,specifications, and procedures for Veeva Quality.
• Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, andbest practices of the Development Cloud solutions.
• Act as a coach, you’re able to explain newly implementedelements to others (Transfer of knowledge).
• Execute, write and review test scrips (IQ, OQ, …).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, InformationSystems, or relevant experience in Information Technology.
• Certification in Veeva Vault Platform Administration isrequired.
• Experience in Veeva Vault administration, support,migration is a plus.
• Experience with GxP System – regulated environments andits validation is a
• Strong knowledge of the Development Cloud solutions andtheir functionalities, features, and integrations.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance processes is a plus.
• Experience with System deployments.
• Experience in data and document migration is a plus.
• Knowledge about REST APIs, SDKs, and web services.
