airlock in Ghent (hybrid) seeks a Product Engineer who cares about how software works, feels, and how customers understand it. You will work across the stack with a strong focus on product and UX, and you will talk to customers to spot problems and ship fixes.

You’ll own features in React/TypeScript, improve onboarding, analytics and approvals, build backend endpoints, and help customers configure connections, policies and agents. Strong English required.

• Experience building product features in React/TypeScript stack.
• Ability to improve onboarding, approvals flows, analytics and UX.
• Comfort working with customers and translating feedback into product improvements.
