Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a UX Designer for a client-site consultancy to design and optimize a new website following the Social Security design system. You will translate user needs into accessible, user-friendly digital solutions across multiple stakeholder groups.

The role includes conducting user research, mapping journeys, organizing workshops, and delivering wireframes and prototypes while ensuring WCAG compliance and design system consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting user research through interviews, surveys, or usability tests.
• Ability to map user journeys for diverse citizen groups.
• Knowledge of design systems, especially for government or public services.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups.
• Proficiency in UX design and research methods.
• Understanding of WCAG and digital accessibility requirements.
