SThree_UK is seeking a Senior UX Copywriter to craft clear, user-friendly content for websites, portals, mobile apps, and AI-driven channels. Hybrid work in Brussels, starting ASAP, with a focus on multilingual UX in Dutch and English.

You will shape tone of voice, set content guidelines, and collaborate with product and design teams to ensure accessible, consistent experiences across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design or content strategy.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility and plain language.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience with Figma, Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize UX content in Dutch and English.
• Create clear, accessible, and intuitive copy that improves the customer experience.
• Develop and maintain content guidelines, terminology, and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Researchers, Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and plain language.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of conversational AI and AI-driven content experiences is a plus.
