Alan is hiring a User Care Expert to answer members via chat, email and phone, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work on projects to improve processes and the product, and contribute to building the care team while growing your knowledge in healthcare and insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer-support, education, or communication.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Passion for caring for members and solving problems.
• Strong written communication.
• Comfort with computers and technology.
• Very empathetic mindset.
• Entrepreneurial and motivated.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork, learning and teaching.
• Bonus if knowledge of Belgian healthcare system (will be taught if needed).

Responsabilités

• Answer members via chat, email and phone with a transparent, accurate, and helpful approach.
• Contribute to improving Alan by suggesting processes and tools and analyzing the user experience.
• Grow and learn as part of a fast-growing company focused on healthcare and insurance.
• Help build and enhance the care team on a daily basis.
