Qualifications

• At least 10 years of pharma production experience.
• Proven track record managing managers and supervisory staff.
• Strong knowledge of cell culture and upstream manufacturing.
• Fluent in French and English for daily cross-team communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and empower 2 USP Team Leaders, 4 Shift Leaders, and 15 technicians to achieve production goals.
• Oversee cell culture operations ensuring quality and cGMP compliance.
• Optimize upstream production workflows and foster a growth-oriented team environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
