• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with solid hands-on production expertise.
• Proven track record in people management, including managing managers and supervisory staff.
• Strong technical knowledge of cell culture processes and biopharmaceutical upstream manufacturing.
• Fluency in both French and English to communicate effectively across teams daily.
