This role emphasizes building long-term partnerships, expanding a dealer network, and positioning the brand as a market leader in design and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the UK market and understanding of the local business culture.
• Proven track record in a B2B commercial role.
• Experience within interiors, home improvement, or premium consumer products is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Expand and strengthen the dealer network throughout the UK and Ireland.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with high-quality retail partners.
• Support dealers in creating attractive RIKA showroom concepts.
