Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand communication needs and tailor TELEPO solutions.
• Design and implement UC solutions including call routing, voicemail, ACD, and collaboration tools.
• Integrate TELEPO with existing infrastructure and third-party apps for seamless operations.
• Conduct testing and QA to guarantee functionality and performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Generate regular status reports and updates for stakeholders.
• On-site experience installing fixed telephony, delivering training, and helping users.
• Take ownership of projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and milestones.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks or issues during implementation.
• Provide technical support during and after deployment.

As Unified Communication Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and project follow-up of a future-proof communication solution that automates and bundles all business communications. To this end, you will focus entirely on the user experience, ease of use and scalability of the unified cloud communication platform.

Targeted group:

Several junior to medior, hands-on, technical consultants who are customer centric, t-shaped and are dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Tech involved:

SIP, network protocols, Voice, VoIP, TELEPO, appreciation of VDSL, GPON, MPLS.

Responsibilities:

We don’t ask that you’re a master in all the following, but that you’re good at some, and willing to learn in others:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their communication needs and provide tailored TELEPO solutions.
• Design and implement UC solutions, including call routing, voicemail, ACD, and collaboration tools.
• Integrate TELEPO with existing infrastructure and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to guarantee the functionality and performance of deployed solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Generate regular status reports and project updates for stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
• On-site, hands-on experience installing fixed telephony systems, delivering training, and helping customers use their new telephony solutions.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery within the defined scope and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and meet project milestones.
• Proactively identify and resolve any project risks or issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams during and after the implementation process.

What we're looking for

• You have a valid work permit for working in Belgium
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in electronics, information technology or have a similar working experience.
• You ideally have a first experience as a UC consultant in Telecom / ICT / UC.
• You translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of project methodologies is a plus.
• You have a hands-on attitude.
• You have an excellent level of French and English, both spoken and written, and Dutch is an asset.
• An operational knowledge of Microsoft Teams is a plus.
