IQVIA Belgium is seeking a motivated Clinical Operations Manager to lead a team supporting sponsor-dedicated clinical studies. You will ensure resources, training, and regulatory compliance to meet project objectives, while directing performance and development.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to GCP/ICH, and collaboration with clinical teams to deliver high-quality results. Based in Belgium with a focus on sponsor-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.
• Prior clinical trial management experience or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal English.

Responsabilités

• Manage staff in accordance with policies, direct work, assess performance and support development.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Ensure staff have materials, access, and training to complete duties; oversee training plans and SOPs.
• Allocate resources to clinical studies based on experience and training.
• Manage quality of staff's clinical work through regular reviews and metrics.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective actions to prevent deficiencies.
• Monitor workload and quality metrics; report findings to management.
• Collaborate with other clinical teams and leadership to address challenges and deliver exemplary service.
• Contribute to corporate quality or process-improvement initiatives.
