Noordzee Helicopters Vlaanderen (NHV) is seeking a Transport Planner to coordinate, monitor, and optimize transport activities for critical aircraft parts and supplies. You will ensure on-time delivery, manage ISMS-aligned procedures, and work with engineers and planners to improve delivery timelines.

The role involves overseeing shipments end-to-end, handling dangerous goods where applicable, and occasional travel to other NHV bases.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate transport activities in the most efficient and cost-effective way
• Monitor shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely pickup and delivery
• Register and track transports in our ERP system
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to challenge and optimize delivery timelines
• Consolidate shipments where possible to reduce costs
• Manage urgent/AOG shipments, including obtaining stakeholder approval
• Handle dangerous goods shipments (via FedEx or other platforms)
• Resolve transport-related issues, including delivery delays and invoice discrepancies
• Continuously look for improvements to reduce cost and enhance logistics processes
• Work in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures and take personal responsibility for protecting company information and assets.

At NHV, we keep aviation moving! As a Transport Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that critical aircraft parts and supplies reach their destinations—on time and efficiently.

You’ll coordinate, monitor, and optimize transport activities (including customs clearance) across our network, balancing operational urgency with cost-efficiency. This is a fast-paced role where your decisions directly support flight operations and safety.

You report to the Transport Coordinator.

Occasional travel to other NHV bases may be required.
