Job Description

As a Planner , you will be responsible for the efficient planning and coordination of transports within Europe. You ensure optimal use of the available capacity and take into account customer expectations, legislation and economic factors. Thanks to your extensive experience and knowledge of transport legislation and the EU Mobility Package , you will contribute to the smooth and compliant execution of our operations.

Responsabilities

• Planning and follow-up of groupage transports within Europe, with a focus on efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Ensuring optimal load factor and cost control.
• Coordinating with drivers, subcontractors and customers to ensure timely and correct delivery.
• Applying and monitoring transport legislation, including the EU Mobility Package and driving and rest times.
• Monitoring and proactively solving operational problems and unexpected situations.
• Thinking along about process optimizations and contributing to continuous improvement of the operations department.
