Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead the identification, structuring and monitoring of workstreams covering district heating, compressed air, testing facilities, training spaces and site logistics.

You will define objectives, deliverables, roadmaps and risk tracking for each workstream, coordinate multi-stakeholder groups and prepare governance materials, minutes and executive summaries.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven track record in project or workstream coordination within transformation or change programmes.
• Hands-on experience facilitating working groups and engaging diverse stakeholder communities.
• Ability to synthesise complex inputs into clear requirements, decisions and governance materials.
• Strong skills in process mapping, functional analysis and preparation of business requirements, scoping documents and decision-support summaries.
• Excellent communication skills, diplomacy, strong listening ability and operational autonomy.
• Ability to prepare structured communication and presentation materials for different audiences.
• Perfect trilingual proficiency in French, English and Dutch

Responsabilités

• Lead the identification, structuring and monitoring of workstreams covering district heating, compressed air, testing facilities, training spaces and site logistics
• Define objectives, deliverables, roadmaps and risk tracking for each workstream
• Coordinate and facilitate multi-stakeholder working groups
• Prepare governance and SteerCo materials, follow up on decisions and action plans, and produce meeting minutes and executive summaries
• Gather, formalise and analyse business requirements
• Perform functional analyses and map current and future uses
• Prepare decision-support documents and scoping papers
• Support communication and change management activities through awareness and presentation materials
• Identify adoption risks and consolidate user feedback
• Contribute to engagement of impacted communities during the programme's transitional phase
• Consolidate stakeholder contributions and produce structured progress reporting and analyses for management decisions
