Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business and IT in a SCADA-focused environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and integrate SCADA-related processes into the corporate process mapping framework.

You will lead the design and writing of UAT books with business teams and the testing governance department, ensuring all necessary data is identified and prepared.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a Business Analyst in industrial/energy/utility contexts with SCADA exposure.
• Translate complex concepts into clear process documentation and test scenarios.
• Experience writing UAT books and managing user acceptance testing processes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for trainings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willing to travel minimum 3 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and integrate SCADA processes into the corporate process mapping framework.
• Lead the design and writing of UAT books with business teams and testing governance, ensuring data is identified and prepared.
• Produce training materials and identify data required for demos and trainings.
• Deliver training sessions jointly with the integrator to empower end users in the SCADA environment.
• Contribute to additional project streams and deliverables as schedules evolve.
