We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Brussels as a Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, and identify issues that may be relevant and could impact the transaction.
• Identify and understand the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce.
• Take day‑to‑day responsibility for engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients during this process.
• Manage the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with different stakeholders.
• Steer and provide guidance to team members.
• Actively contribute to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics.
• Minimum four years of relevant professional experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis or audit.
• Fluent in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge; ability to interpret numbers and translate them into a well‑structured report.
• Ability to identify key operational performance drivers, perform cash‑flow forecasting, and support clients across a broad range of issues.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger for challenging projects.
• A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Eagerness to work on cross‑border assignments.
