Job summary

HumanInTech Brussels seeks a skilled Business Analyst for a traffic technology programme. You will analyse server usage, camera infrastructure and software to help redeploy existing solutions.

Your tasks include documenting requirements, defining processes for operations handover, identifying risks, and reporting progress to stakeholders. You will contribute to a long‑term vision of a stable traffic technology ecosystem. The role is full‑time with on-site days in Brussels and remote days allowed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in business analysis and IT projects.
• Experience in complex IT environments for government institutions.
• Familiarity with process modelling, requirement management, and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and standards for the assigned traffic initiatives.
• Develop processes to enable a streamlined handover to the operational team.
• Identify tasks, dependencies and risks.
• Report progress to stakeholders: status, issues, bottlenecks, risks and proposed mitigations; maintaining decision logs.
• Set up and maintain quality management plans to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Document information in a structured way, with a view to anchoring and transferring knowledge.
