Job summary

Neurho Solutions seeks a Business Analyst to connect speed-sign infrastructure with an automated number plate recognition ecosystem. You will map current systems, define a target solution, and document requirements for a smooth handover to run teams.

You will work with project managers, architects, data experts and engineers to shape the future of the traffic enforcement ecosystem while addressing privacy, security and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and IT project support.
• Public sector experience is required.
• Experience mapping processes and reporting.
• Documentation and requirements management experience.
• Risk management and quality management experience.
• Experience with sensor or camera technology is a plus.
• Stakeholder management and strong communications skills.
• English at C1 level; Dutch or French at C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Map the current situation and define the target solution with functional and technical designs.
• Document requirements, standards and processes for traffic initiatives and handovers to run teams.
• Identify dependencies and risks, report progress and record decisions.
• Establish and maintain quality management plans and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with project managers, users, architects, data experts, analysts and engineers.
• Contribute to long-term ecosystem vision including capacity and integration.
• Consider privacy rules and assist in DPIAs and risk analyses.
