Thales Belgium is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager for the Herstal site with occasional visits to Tubize. You will join a multidisciplinary team within Legal, Contracts & Compliance, ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations.
You will manage classification, licensing, documentation, and training, while screening for restricted parties and supporting audits. Mobility between sites and English/French fluency are required; home working 1–2 days/week is possible.

As Trade Compliance Analyst, you will join a multidisciplinary team of 6 people within the Trade Compliance function, which is part of the larger Legal, Contracts & Compliance Department. The Trade Compliance Team ensures organization’s compliance with applicable international trade laws and regulations. This includes managing import/export control requirements, maintaining required documentation, conducting compliance reviews, and supporting audits and training to reduce regulatory, operational, and reputational risk. The team also provides support on customs matters and transport of various products in the technological and defence fields.
