Toyota Motor Europe in Brussels invites you to join the TPS Office internship and learn how lean thinking extends beyond manufacturing to drive real business impact across the value chain.

As an internal consultant, you will coach projects across the value chain—from manufacturing to sales—support cross‑divisional challenges, create TPS learning materials, and promote the program via exhibitions and events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent in English (business language).
• Strong interest in Lean Management, Agile, and the Toyota Production System (TPS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with data analysis tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to structure information clearly and communicate effectively through presentations and reports.

Responsabilités

• Understanding how TPS works in an office environment and applying it to real business projects.
• Collaborating with TPS experts to solve complex, cross-divisional challenges.
• Supporting the promotion of the TPS program across the company (exhibitions, events).
• Assisting in the creation of TPS learning materials and training content.
