Job summary

WWF Belgium is offering a part-time internship (2–3 days/week) to transform Instagram content into native TikTok videos that reflect WWF’s messaging and values. The role involves collaborating with the Creative and Social Media Lead and the cross-departmental production team.

You will review existing content, identify storytelling opportunities, and create engaging edits while keeping up with TikTok trends. This 4–6 month internship starts as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a University or School programme (Communications, Digital Marketing, Creative Media Management, etc.).
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Creative, self-motivated and able to translate ideas into TikTok formats.

Responsibilities

• Review Instagram carousel posts and extract key messages.
• Identify storytelling opportunities and adapt content for TikTok formats.
• Create engaging video edits using existing assets where possible.
• Experiment with hooks, structures, and storytelling techniques.
• Stay informed about TikTok trends to boost content performance.
