Accent Jobs for People NV zoekt operators voor de productieafdeling die verantwoordelijk zijn voor vezelextrusie en technische viltproductie. Je bestuurt zelfstandig de machine, bewaakt efficiëntie en kwaliteit en ondersteunt bij administratie.

Na een inwerkperiode krijg je training om foreman te worden en door te groeien. De functie vereist goede kennis van het Nederlands, bereidheid tot werken in 3 ploegen (vroeg/laat/nacht) en ervaring in een industriële omgeving.

Qualifications

• Technische opleiding of equivalente ervaring vereist.
• Ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving is een plus.
• Goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist.
• Bereid zijn om in 3 ploegen te werken (vroeg/laat/nacht).

Responsabilités

• Werken in de productieafdelingen voor vezelextrusie en technische viltproductie.
• Zelfstandige bediening van machines en bewaking van efficiëntie en kwaliteit.
• Kennisdeling met collega's en ondersteuning bij administratie.
• Zorg voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
• Na een inwerkperiode mogelijkheid om foreman te worden.

Responsibilities

• Working in the production departments for fiber extrusion and technical felt production
• You independently operate your machine and monitor efficiency and quality of the end product
• You exchange process knowledge with colleagues and assist with administration
• You ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in your workplace
• After a training period, you will receive training to become a foreman for further career opportunities

Salary & Benefits

• Salary €16.20 + shift premium: 6% early/late. Night shift 24.93% + meal vouchers

Qualifications

• Education in a technical field, or equivalent through experience
• Experience in an industrial production environment is a plus
• Experience with forklifts is a plus
• Good knowledge of Dutch
• You are willing to work in 3 shifts (early, late, night)
