Médiane Benelux is seeking a senior Software Test Engineer to shape testing strategy across infra data systems, web and API layers, in a collaborative Agile environment.

You will design structured test scenarios, estimate effort, implement and maintain automated suites, execute manual tests, and produce clear reports for DEV to PROD. Fluency in French and Dutch and English proficiency are required; ISTQB certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in software testing and quality engineering.
• Strong experience in test automation and manual testing.
• Proven background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with fat-client, web, and API testing.
• ISTQB certification mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Design structured test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Estimate testing effort and document test strategies.
• Implement and maintain automated test suites.
• Execute manual tests and ensure full coverage across environments.
• Produce clear test reports for all environments (DEV, INT, TST, ACC, PROD).
• Identify, document, and track defects and regressions.
• Contribute actively to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Continuously improve existing testing processes and tools.

Job Description
