Job summary

Médiane Benelux is seeking an experienced Test Strategy Lead to define and deploy a consistent validation approach across multiple embedded software products in a defense sector context.

You will lead validation governance, establish reusable testing frameworks, coach teams and manage stakeholders, with on-site presence of at least four days per week in Belgium. The role requires an engineering degree, 8+ years in testing, fluent French, and the ability to drive testing maturity using KPIs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in software testing, verification or validation.
• Strong expertise in requirements-based testing.
• Experience in safety-critical, regulated industries.
• Demonstrated leadership in test strategy, validation governance or team coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to define scalable testing processes and support organizational maturity.
• Experience with embedded software environments is highly valued.
• Fluent French.
• On-site presence at least four days per week.
