Médiane Benelux is seeking a Junior to Medior Test Engineer for a long-term role in Belgium. You will support railway traffic and customer solutions, ensuring high-quality, reliable systems.

You will define and execute test scenarios, analyze results, and collaborate with IT teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in test tools and scripting will be valued, with opportunities for automation and growth.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute test scenarios based on user stories.
• Analyze test results and report defects in ALM.
• Ensure follow-up of issues with developers and analysts until validation.
• Contribute to test planning and quality assurance activities.

The role supports applications related to train movement billing, collaborating with internal IT teams, business units, and external railway stakeholders to ensure high-quality and reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute test scenarios based on user stories
• Analyze test results and report defects in ALM
• Ensure follow-up of issues with developers and analysts until validation
• Contribute to test planning and quality assurance activities
