NextLink Group is seeking a Medior Test Specialist for the FOCUS – Team Focus Case Management department in Belgium. You will prepare, execute and follow up on testing activities across the case management application landscape, developing test scenarios and performing functional and regression testing to ensure stable releases.

• 3+ years of demonstrable experience as a Test Specialist.
• Demonstrable experience with formal testing methodologies and techniques.
• Strong experience with functional testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation.
• Experience using specialised testing suites and tools.
• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level or native proficiency.

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Medior Test Specialist to join the FOCUS – Team Focus Case Management department.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, executing, and following up on testing activities across the case management application landscape. You will support projects and system changes by developing test scenarios, performing functional and regression testing, and helping ensure stable, high-quality releases.

Working closely with business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders , you will contribute to a structured and professional testing approach and help continuously improve overall software quality.

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated testing professional who takes ownership, works independently, and is comfortable operating within a mission-critical and quality-focused environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrable experience as a Test Specialist , working on small mission-critical applications or larger non-mission-critical systems.
  
• Demonstrable experience with formal testing methodologies and techniques .
  
• Strong experience with functional testing .
  
• Hands-on experience with test automation .
  
• Experience using specialised testing suites and tools .
