Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénieur (Master ou équivalent) avec expérience pertinente en systèmes mécatroniques.
• Programmation solide (Python/C/C++) et capacité à écrire des scripts.
• Connaissances de théorie du contrôle et dynamiques structurelles.
• Connaissances en applications haute tension et mesures associées.

Responsabilités

• Exploiter et développer des bancs d’essai avancés pour évaluer les transmissions et les systèmes de propulsion.
• Améliorer l’environnement des bancs d’essai, le matériel et les logiciels avec un focus sur l’innovation et la précision.
• Travailler sur une plateforme temps réel avec Python et CANape comme outils d’automatisation.
• Assurer la gestion complète des bancs d’essai: exploitation, maintenance et optimisation continue.
• Servir de contact principal pour les problèmes opérationnels et proposer des solutions durables.
• Collaborer avec les équipes validation et test, opérateurs et autres départements R&D.
• Développer des outils et documentations pour standardiser les opérations et KPI.

Le poste :

Join the R&D Center of an innovative company in the automotive sector, specialising in the development and validation of conventional, hybrid, and electric powertrains.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate and further develop advanced test rigs to evaluate the performance of transmissions and propulsion systems.
• Enhance the test rig environment, hardware, and software with a focus on innovation and measurement precision.
• Work with a real-time platform combined with Python and CANape as automation tools.
• Take full ownership of assigned test rigs: operation, routine maintenance, upgrades, and continuous optimisation.
• Serve as the main contact for operational issues, implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate closely with validation and test engineering teams, test rig operators, and other R&D departments to optimise processes.
• Develop tools and documentation to standardise operations and improve testing quality and efficiency using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Profil recherché :

• Engineering degree (Master's or Bachelor's with relevant experience) with a strong interest in mechatronic systems.
• Solid programming background.
• Basic knowledge of control theory, structural dynamics, and high-voltage applications.

Experience or knowledge in the following is considered an asset:

• Automotive testing
• Sensors and data acquisition
• Test equipment and electromechanics
