Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will lead testing activities across a portfolio of projects, define test strategies, establish comprehensive test plans, and ensure successful execution of testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong knowledge of software testing, Azure DevOps, ISTQB foundation certification, and experience with Power BI and Agile/Waterfall delivery.

Qualifications

• ISTQB Foundation Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of software testing and practical use of Azure DevOps (Dashboards, work items, test case prep, execution, defect follow-up).
• Experience with Azure DevOps dashboards and test management features.
• Junior experience with Power BI.
• Analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities essential.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will lead and coordinate testing activities across a portfolio of projects, defining and implementing test strategies, establishing comprehensive test plans, and ensuring successful execution of testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test strategies/test plans for major projects.
• Coordinate and oversee all testing phases.
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report on quality metrics and risks.
• Facilitate defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and recommendations to project stakeholders and management through Power BI.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.

Required Profile:

• Functional knowledge and understanding of software testing and usage of Azure DevOps.
• ISTQB foundation certification.
• Experience in usage of Azure DevOps and its functionalities (Dashboard, work items, test case preparation, execution, defect creation, and follow-up).
• Junior experience in usage of Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Soft Skills:

• Able to communicate in a professional, clear, and structured manner with the Testing Team, IS teams, business stakeholders, and management.
• Proactively support and contribute to the governance, coordination, and alignment of testing practices.
