Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will lead testing activities across a portfolio of projects, define test strategies, establish comprehensive test plans, and ensure successful execution of testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires strong knowledge of software testing, Azure DevOps, ISTQB foundation certification, and experience with Power BI and Agile/Waterfall delivery.
Qualifications
- ISTQB Foundation Certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of software testing and practical use of Azure DevOps (Dashboards, work items, test case prep, execution, defect follow-up).
- Experience with Azure DevOps dashboards and test management features.
- Junior experience with Power BI.
- Analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities essential.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Responsabilités
- Define and implement test strategies and test plans for major projects.
- Coordinate and oversee all testing phases across projects.
- Monitor test execution and report quality metrics and risks.
- Facilitate defect management and timely issue resolution.
- Communicate testing progress and recommendations to stakeholders using Power BI.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.
