Sogeti Belgium is seeking a Test Engineer to ensure software quality through structured testing and sharp analysis. You will collaborate with project teams to deliver reliable applications and support confident release decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field and at least two years of testing experience, with fluency in Dutch and English and good French. The position offers hybrid working options and attractive benefits in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Informatics, Mathematics, or a similar technical field.
• At least two years of experience in structured software testing.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.

Responsabilités

• Define a test strategy in collaboration with project team members, ensuring the right test coverage within time and budget constraints.
• Execute structured software testing and report on application quality and associated risks to management.
• Provide insights on whether applications are ready for release based on testing outcomes.
• Analyze documentation (requirements, specs, stories) to create logical and physical test cases.
• Adapt to changing project circumstances and proactively finding solutions to keep testing ongoing.
