Sogeti Belgium, part of the Capgemini Group, is seeking a Test Analyst or Test Automation Engineer to ensure software quality for client projects. You will define test strategies, execute tests, and communicate risk and readiness to stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years in structured software testing, fluency in English and Dutch or French, and familiarity with tools like Jira/Xray, UFT, Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Mathematics, or a similar technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in structured software testing.
• Fluency in Dutch OR French and English.
• Strong analytical skills and focus on quality.
• Experience with Jira/Xray OR proficiency with test tools such as UFT, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and more.

Responsabilités

• Define a test strategy with project teams, ensuring appropriate test coverage within time and budget.
• Execute structured software testing and report on application quality and risks to management.
• Provide insights on release readiness based on testing outcomes.
• Analyze documentation (requirements, specs, stories) to create test cases.
• Adapt to changing project circumstances and proactively find solutions to keep testing ongoing.
