Job summary

Septentrio is seeking a Test Engineer for GNSS products in Belgium. You will design and execute functional and technical tests, perform lab and field campaigns, and automate test processes using Python.

You will analyze results, report findings and collaborate with developers to enhance product quality and reliability. Strong English communication and a hands-on, proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field as listed.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB and/or C for test automation or data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and curiosity to uncover defects.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and document functional and technical tests from product requirements.
• Plan and perform lab and field test campaigns, including exploratory testing.
• Test from receiver features to complete product systems throughout development.
• Develop scripts/tools to automate test execution and data processing (Python).
• Analyze results, visualize data and report findings in clear technical reports.
• Collaborate with developers and test engineers to improve product quality.
