Job summary

Capgemini in Diegem is seeking a Test Analyst or Test Automation Engineer to strengthen the quality and reliability of digital solutions in the Energy & Utilities sector. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure business-critical applications meet high standards before end users.

You will define test strategies, perform functional and automated testing, analyze requirements for test coverage, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve product quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing (functional or automation).
• Experience with Jira/Xray and/or test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, UFT or Cucumber.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies, scenarios and test cases aligned with business and project requirements.
• Perform functional and automated testing activities and provide clear reporting on quality, risks and defects.
• Analyse requirements, user stories and specifications to ensure adequate test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and stakeholders to improve overall product quality.
• Support release readiness assessments and provide recommendations based on testing outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices, tools and automation frameworks.
