Job summary

Fednot, the Federation of Belgian Notaries, ICT service unit, is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to ensure software quality from functional and non‑functional perspectives. You will lead end‑to‑end testing with external partners and drive QA improvements in collaboration with the Program Lead Test Manager.

You will work closely with analysts, developers and engineers in our Brussels-based operations, supporting a hybrid work model with 40% office presence and 60% homeworking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience with UI and API testing.
• Experience testing Java services, web services, REST APIs, proxy services.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira/Confluence and Xray is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Review acceptance criteria.
• Set up automation tools (Playwright,...)
• Set up test automation scripts.
• Execute (automated) test scenarios using different tools.
• Follow up on bugs and issues, write test reports.
• Manage test estimates and test plans for projects.
• Improve processes and test deliverables.
