Job summary

Médiane Benelux is seeking a Test Engineer to join the Validation team in Belgium. You will translate concrete test requests into detailed procedures, define equipment, and oversee the execution of the product design validation plan to meet milestones.

You will collaborate with design, validation, and R&D teams, ensuring quality and data-driven conclusions. The role requires a Master’s degree in automotive engineering or related field, hands-on automotive test experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in automotive testing and testing facility environments.
• Experience with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions is a strong advantage.
• Ability to technically lead or coordinate a small team or testing project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and result-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Contribute to achieving and maintaining quality standards in line with ISO 17025 requirements.
